I’ve had my political blog for two years, and I still love ranting about politics. Considering, however, that the vast majority of my life is made up of being a wife, mother, and homemaker, I thought it would be nice to have another blog where I can write about those topics.

Great idea! There are a lot of people who will benefit greatly from this, as they are with your other blog site.
I had a similar schedule when my children were home. In fact, they, well, 2 of the 3, have used schedules for years. My third child is still trying to find his footing in college. I was so tough and rigid in certain patterns and expectiations, my sons referred to me as the “Mominator”. Still wondering if that was a good thing.
